R&D Capabilities
Our R&D team, comprising PhDs, Masters, and senior technicians, focuses on product upgrades and new material/technology development. With 112 patents granted and pending, and over 100 sets of R&D/testing equipment across our vacuum coating and analytical testing labs, we possess industry-leading technologies. We offer customized R&D services for target structure and composition based on customer film performance needs. We also maintain long-term industry-academia collaborations with universities and research institutes to ensure technological leadership and sustainable development.
R&D Philosophy
"Technology is people-oriented, innovation never stops." We are committed to the R&D of high-end targets for hard coatings, realizing long-term value for the company and our team while providing professional services to strategic partners.
R&D Goals
Driven by market demand, we continuously explore new materials, fields, and processes. Our R&D closely aligns with market needs, transforming concepts into high-quality products. Technological innovation is our cornerstone for excellence, ensuring cutting-edge and sustainable product quality improvement.
R&D Process
We develop products based on customer requirements for different target ratios and structures. Our in-house film development lab allows for independent target development and film verification, providing customized compositions based on required hardness, oxidation resistance, and friction coefficients. Our developed products cover 33 elements in the periodic table.
