Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the research and development of new products and new technologies;

2. Responsible for market research and the collection and organization of information, providing a basis for corporate decision-making;

3. Responsible for technical handover following the completion of new product development, as well as new product introduction and technical support.

Job Requirements

1. Master’s degree or higher; candidates with a background in powder metallurgy or metallic materials will be given priority.

2. Outstanding recent graduates or candidates with at least three years of technical development experience in the powder metallurgy industry will be given priority consideration.

3. Honest and diligent, down-to-earth and hardworking, with strong hands-on skills, as well as excellent communication and execution abilities.

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the centralized procurement of target material raw materials, as well as the company’s auxiliary consumables and miscellaneous supplies.

2. Responsible for managing procurement requirements and controlling procurement costs, continuously optimizing and reducing procurement expenses.

3. Responsible for supplier development and onboarding, commercial negotiations, and supplier maintenance and management;

4. Responsible for preparing, optimizing, and refining relevant procurement documents;

5. Monitor and conduct investigations into the raw materials sector, and provide recommendations for the company’s procurement strategy.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in an engineering discipline such as materials science, mechanical engineering, metallurgy, or a related field, or in a management-related major;

2. At least five years of procurement experience in the manufacturing industry, including at least three years as a procurement manager; prior experience in industries such as metal products or machining is preferred.

3. Proficient in procurement and supply chain management; skilled in using ERP systems and office software such as Microsoft Office.

4. Familiar with ISO 9001, VDA 6.3, and IATF 16949 quality management systems;

5. Honest, diligent, and responsible, with strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and execution skills.

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for promptly identifying the root causes of malfunctions in production and facility equipment and carrying out timely repairs; conducting regular inspections and maintenance to eliminate potential safety hazards; managing spare parts and related initial documentation.

2. Install water, electricity, and gas systems for the new equipment in accordance with relevant technical requirements (including plant utilities and production equipment), and carry out safety upgrades.

3. Maintain and manage elevators, overhead cranes, electric forklifts, gas storage tanks, and other equipment; communicate with external service providers and coordinate related maintenance and regulatory filings.

4. Conduct daily inspections and maintenance of fire-fighting and emergency facilities.

5. Able to maintain equipment ledgers and prepare documents such as equipment operating manuals and maintenance schedules.

Job Requirements

1. Associate’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or maintenance.

2. At least five years of extensive experience in equipment maintenance, as well as relevant experience in plant operations and electrical engineering;

3. Familiar with mechanical and electrical principles, as well as plant‑utility systems and the maintenance and repair of various types of machining equipment; thoroughly knowledgeable about safety and protective measures.

4. Hold a high- and low-voltage electrician’s certificate and be familiar with electrical system diagrams; candidates with certifications in the management and operation of special equipment such as elevators and air compressors are preferred.

5. Honest, diligent, and responsible; possesses strong problem-solving skills and a keen sense of safety; demonstrates excellent communication and execution abilities.
