Binder-free pure WC targets are suitable for preparing high-quality, high-purity DLC coatings, widely used in automotive engine components, cutting tools, and surface decoration.

Hot Pressing Sintering Process: Raw Materials → Pre-treatment → Molding → Hot Pressing Sintering → Machining → (Bonding) → Inspection/Flaw Detection → Cleaning & Packaging → Shipping.

We provide various rectangular and circular pure WC targets manufactured via hot pressing sintering. The advanced manufacturing process and stable raw materials ensure fine and uniform grain size, near-theoretical density (≥15.5g/cm³), excellent thermal shock resistance, and fracture toughness. Maximum length: 340mm, maximum width: 300mm.
